Every book still starts as a soft copy (ebook) by default. When uploading, you can instead choose Paperback, Hard cover only, or All formats to also (or only) sell printed copies.
Set your ship-from address under Settings → Address, then choose your sale format when uploading a book. Printing, packaging, and shipping are your responsibility as the author - the sale is between you and the buyer, and InceNar only handles payment and order tracking, not the actual dispatch. If a buyer disputes an order or asks for a refund, that's resolved directly between the two of you - we don't process or mediate refunds on hardcopy orders.
